We only accept returns for unused items with manufacturing defects.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of used items for hygiene reasons. We appreciate your understanding.

Refunds
Once your return is confirmed, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Refunds to methods other than the original payment method cannot be accommodated.)

Please note that it may take time for the bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund. For inquiries regarding this, please contact your credit card company or bank directly.
